In the recent examination in Diploma in Banking & Finance (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance, Mumbai) conducted in  Dec’2010; Mr. Nitin Nagwani and Ms. Mini Suneja of Dhanwate National College passed the examination. They owe their success to their Parents, Principal of Dhanwate National College Dr. B. B. Taywade, Dr. Rajesh Timane (HoD) and Faculty member Prof. Raja Battacharya, Prof. Suhasini Randhir and Prof. Rajesh Mahajan. Further, the students who clear DB&F examination usually get preference in Private Sector Banks and NBFC’s. Also, the DB&F course is equivalent to the JAIIB Certification once the student is employed in the bank. If a student is selected through proper channel in Nationalized Bank, instead of Clerical Grade, the candidate can be directly recruited at Officers Grade.

Dhanwate National College has signed a MOU with IIFCA, a Professional vocational Training organization in Finance from Gurgaon, through its Nagpur Center. This praiseworthy venture is taken up by DNC College for the betterment of its graduate & postgraduate students in Commerce & Management stream. Under this venture, IIFCA will make available it’s professional vocational training courses in Advanced Computer learning, Accounts, Taxation, Finance, & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at concessional rates in the campus of DNC college. IIFCA also provides assistance in placing it’s candidates suitably across the industries in and outside Nagpur. It has a tie-up with MNCs, domestic companies in Banking, Insurance, Retail, Auto, Information Technology, Engineering, Gas and Oil, Hotel and Tourism, Telecom, Steel and other sectors. The IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking & Finance), Mumbai Examinations namely JAIIB and CAIIB concluded successfully at the Dhanwate National College Center. The examination was scheduled at 23^rd May, 30^th May and 6^th June. The examination officials from IIBF, Mumbai and SBI Nagpur were pleased with the facilities provided by the institute. The students, majority being Bank Employees, were also very happy with the amenities especially the infrastructure of the new building of the Department of Self Financing Courses, Dhanwate National College. The program was successfully conducted under the able guidance of our Principal – Dr. B. B. Taywade, HoD – Prof Rajesh Timane and IIBC Coordinator – Prof Rajesh Mahajan from the department.
